Taylor sent her fans into a frenzy when she dropped her highly-expected album on November 10 especially after hearing the first track called This Is Why We Can't Have Nice Things. She is the youngest person in history to win the music industry's highest honor, The GRAMMY Award for Album of the year and she is the first female solo artist to win this prestigious award twice. Of course in the time between albums, Swift has also gained infamy for being petty as fuck.

Taylor Swift is fighting back after Kanye West and Kim Kardashian outed her as a corny liar on Twitter past year.

Like I said, she's quite proud. The "ocean blue eyes" Swift sings about on Gorgeous nearly certainly belong to Alwyn, a motif that repeats onDancing With Our Hands Tied ("Deep blue, but you painted me golden") and Delicate ("Oh damn, never seen that color blue").

"There I was giving you a second chance, But then you stabbed my back while shaking my hand", she sings.

And with that ax, T-Swift swings for the heart with a lyric about Ye's falling out with Jay Z: "But I'm not the only friend you've lost lately / Mm mmm / If only you weren't so shady". On Reputation, the Taylor she's chosen to show us is one that's more confident than ever.

Since then, the Internet has had its hands full trying to decode all the possible hidden subtext behind Taylor Swift's new songs, and "This Is Why We Can't Have Nice Things" is no exception. After an explosive chorus, "This Is Why We Don't Have Nice Things" calls out Swift's brief reconciliation with West. She touches on her feelings for him and how the breakup was handles.
