Taylor Swift groping trial delayed by judge

Taylor Swift groping trial delayed by judge

Ex DJ David Mueller has told the Taylor Swift fondling trial that a radio executive of his former employer boasted to him that he had had "his hands on her butt".

Swift alleges that Mueller "SLIPPED HIS HAND UNDER HER DRESS AND GRABBED HER BARE BOTTOM" as they posed together during a meet and greet session in 2013 in Denver. Swift's attorney will continue his cross-examination of Mueller on Wednesday, then Mueller's witnesses will be called to testify.

Mueller was sacked from his job at a country music station after Taylor's team told his boss that Mueller grabbed her buttock during a meet-and-greet before a 2013 Swift concert in Denver. As her attorney J. Doug Baldrige said in his opening statement, the suit isn't about bankrupting Mueller-it's about proving a point.

Swift's attorney Douglas Baldridge said that the Swift was "taking a stand for all women" and that "this is a case of sexual assault in the workplace".

Taylor Swift's legal team planned on Wednesday to resume cross-examining the Colorado radio personality accused of groping the recording star during a photo shoot four years ago, an allegation the former DJ vehemently denied under oath.

"David Mueller unequivocally denies he touched her inappropriately in anyway", Mr McFarland said as his client looked on in court.

Taylor Swift is suing for just $1 from her sexual assault court case against DJ David Mueller.

Mueller also testified that he was let go from a station in Kansas City, something that in a prior deposition he said did not necessarily help his radio career.

Along with her Mum and lawyer, Swift has brought along an army of fans from around the world, eager to show their support in her time of need. The case is finally going to trial, which is expected to last nine days.

David Mueller was sacked from two jobs prior to his termination by KYGO over an allegation that he groped Taylor Swift before a Denver concert, he testified Wednesday under questioning by Swift's lawyer.

The picture taken before her show at the Pepsi Center in Denver shows Swift leaning away from Mueller whose right hand appears to be hovering near her rear end.

Mueller explained that he and the Shake It Off singer attempted to reach around one another and "our hands touched and our arms touched".

He said Swift had been part of thousands of meet-and-greets, but had never had an incident like what happened with Mueller. It's ironic that Mueller would mention Mayer, the ex about whom Swift penned "Dear John" (whose lyrics include "Don't you think nineteen's too young to be played by your dark twisted games").

Baldridge repeatedly asked Mueller if he could grasp "any reason, incentive or motive for Miss Swift" to make up the allegation or be involved in 2 years of litigation.

Proceedings have ended for the day at a civil trial involving a groping claim by Taylor Swift against a former Denver disc jockey. Court documents say it is unlikely that either side will settle.
