The farm is about 30 miles North of Philadelphia. The Bucks County district attorney's office authorized police to reinstate and refile charges in the case in June, leading to Monday's arrest.

DiNardo also told investigators where the bodies are. The FBI has been searching a pile of broken concrete slabs on the farm with a frontloader.

Cosmo Dinardo has confessed to killing four young men, in exchange for the death penalty being taken off the table.

Although there are indications that some or all of the men knew one another, investigators are working to confirm that information and the extent of any connections, Weintraub said.

Finocchiaro, along with Mark Sturgis, 22, of Pennsburg; 21-year-old Thomas Meo of Plumstead Township, and 19-year-old Jimi Tar Patrick, of Newtown Township, were all reported missing by friends and family members at different times last week, beginning July 5.

Finocchiaro's remains were found, Weintraub said in a press conference early Thursday.

DiNardo was originally arrested earlier this week over illegally possessing a shotgun and ammunition on a charge filed back in February, but was bailed.

Sunac yesterday halted trading of its shares in Hong Kong pending an announcement of a "very substantial" acquisition, it said. In a brief joint statement , the two companies said Sunac would buy 76 hotels outright, without specifying which properties.

It is now unclear how, if at all, the four men knew DiNArdo. The attorney also said his client was ready to plead guilty to four counts of first-degree murder. Neither his lawyer nor his parents have returned calls for comment.

He was last seen on July 7.

Weintraub said Tuesday DiNardo is considered a person of interest in the disappearances.

Patrick attended Loyola on a full academic scholarship and was working the summer at a restaurant near his home.

Authorities in a Pennsylvania town have been investigating a befuddling mystery after four young men have disappeared within days of each other. Levittown Now reported that Dinardo was suffering from mental illness, which hypothetically could have disqualified him from gun ownership. According to NBC, police searched two properties both owned by the man's family on Sunday and Monday, as part of their missing persons investigation.

Of the search on the DiNardo property, Weintraub said, "We're not exactly sure what we're going to find there, but we're pretty confident that the investigation is proceeding in the direction we believed that it would".

NBC 10 reports that DiNardo's parents are Antonio and Sandra DiNardo, who amassed the 90 acres of farmland starting in 2005 when they purchased 68 acres of farmland for $5.4 million in Bucks County.
