Human remains found in search for missing United States men, one victim identified

Other remains were found on a sprawling farm in suburban Philadelphia but they still needed to be identified, he said.

As reported by NBC Los Angeles, still to be found or identified are 19-year-old Jimi Tar Patrick, 21-year-old Tom Meo, and 22-year-old Mark Sturgis, who went missing with Finocchiaro last week.

"We're going to bring each of these lost boys home to their families, one way or another", Weintraub vowed.

Cosmo DiNardo, who is named as a person of interest, was arrested Wednesday for stealing the auto of Meo. Police described DiNardo as a flight risk. But the prosecutor continued to stop short of calling him a suspect.

Meo's 1996 Nissan Maxima, with the title inside, was found Sunday around 4 a.m. ET, on a nearby property owned by the Dinardos, Weintraub said in a news release.

Police found Sturgis' vehicle less than 2 miles away from Meo's, according to a criminal complaint.

At least some of the victims were friends, but it is not clear how well they knew DiNardo, if at all.

"I know more than I'm sharing on the relationships, and I have to keep it that way, unfortunately, to maintain the integrity of the investigation", Weintraub said. Make no mistake about it. -Weintraub says he believes "foul play" is involved in the disappearances.

He was released from custody Tuesday night, after DiNardo's father posted 10 percent of a $1 million bail.

SEC Media Days: Guice primed to meet expectations, comparisons
Going by Guice's description, Alabama's defense was determined to contain Leonard Fournette and daring LSU to throw the deep ball. To beat Alabama, you have to recruit at their level. "I was born in Louisiana, and (the expectations) are very high", he said.

Sano In Tonight's Home Run Derby
The only winners in their home park were the Chicago Cubs' Ryne Sandberg in 1990 and the Cincinnati Reds' Todd Frazier in 2014. The rookie is set to face Charlie Blackmon of Colorado in the opening round of the derby.

Dinardo was prohibited from possessing a firearm because he had a mental illness and had been involuntarily committed to a mental institution for inpatient care, court documents said.

Following their son's arrest on Wednesday, lawyers for DiNardo's parents issued a statement saying they sympathized with the families of the missing men and were cooperating 'in every way possible with the investigation'.

DiNardo's parents, Antonio and Sandra DiNardo, own the farm in upper Bucks County, a bucolic area with rolling hillsides, new housing developments and historic sites.

Police unearthed the remains after a four-day search of a farm in Solebury Township, located about 30 miles north of Center City Philadelphia.

Federal Bureau of Investigation agents sifted through mounds of dirt from a deep pit on the farm and police cadets combed vast cornfields nearby.

The body found in the 12 1/2 foot common grave on Wednesday was identified as Dean Finocchiaro, 19.

"Those dogs could smell these poor boys 12 and a half feet below the ground", said Weintraub. Cadaver dogs and heavy construction equipment are being used.

"We bought ourselves a little bit of time", with the charges and bail amount, Weintraub said. Here's what we know about the four men - Dean A. Finocchiaro, Thomas C. Meo, Jimi Tar Patrick and Mark R. Sturgis - whose disappearances have gripped the county and wealthy community where the search has been concentrated.
