Tom Cruise confirms 'Top Gun' sequel is in the works

Hollywood heavyweight Tom Cruise has finally put an end to years of speculation by confirming there will be a remake of cult film favourite Top Gun. "It is definitely happening", he continued.

Kilmer was also asked if the on-screen rivalry between his character Iceman and Cruise's character Maverick was present off-screen as well.
