East Carolina coach Scottie Montgomery delivered the ideal Mother's Day present a few days early.

Coach Scottie Montgomery delivered an early Mother's Day gift to Chapman on Thursday when he showed up to her workplace unexpectedly.

The second-year East Carolina head coach had great news for senior defensive end Kiante Anderson. But when she opened the envelope, and it dawns on her what's inside, her reaction is priceless. Not only will her son suit up for a Division I school for another season, but his education will also be provided.
