North Korea gives strongest sign yet of Pyeongchang 2018 participation

Foreign nationals were working as agents of North Korea's government in Russia, China, Vietnam and Cuba to help financially or develop weapons for previously sanctioned companies, the Treasury Department announced.

Another worked for a North Korean trading company in Dalian, China, the U.S. Treasury said.

However, 38 North also said Pyongyang understands the world is watching and the regime could attempt to manipulate reporting about its nuclear developments.
