Nokia 3310 to launch in India soon

Nokia also tweeted the same from its official handle stating "We will be launching our products globally in Q2 (April - June) of 2017" in reply to a user's question. In the report, NokiaPowerUser mentions, "What makes these listings appear genuine is the fact that they have article numbers for Nokia 3310 models valid across other retailers". The Nokia 9 will be HMD Global and Nokia's flagship phone for 2017. However, new reports are now revealing that there may have been a good reason for the delay as Nokia is apparently incorporating some brand new technology into the device. In a world, where all it take is a little push to crack a phone open, Nokia 3310 is the hero we all deserve, it's not just a phone, it's a silent guardian. Ever since then, the Nokia fans have been eagerly waiting to get the device in hand.

In Austria, Nokia 3310 is priced at EUR 58 while in Germany, the cost is between EUR 59 and EUR 69. The Nokia 150 which is the first phone by HMD Global under the Nokia moniker was launched late in March for a price of Rs 2,053. IndianExpress.com had earlier reported the Nokia 3310 could be coming to India in May 2017, and that more phones will be launched as well. In an interview with the Economic Times, HMD Mobile India vice president Ajey Mehta said that the company intended,"to rope in over 400 distributors who can reach out every nook and corner of the country and set up 300 service centres". It depends on 2.5G connectivity and runs on the S30+ operating system. Reports suggest that this is 10 times the original phone's capabilities. However, Nokia has ditched the contemporary pin charger and features at micro-USB port on the revamped phone.

In terms of specifications and features, Nokia 3310 now has more colours available; red and yellow, which have a glossy finish along with blue and grey, which come with a matte finish.
