Donald Trump Jr. criticizes London mayor following terror attacks

Still, Donald Trump Jr thought it'd be a good time to sound off on a six-month-old, out of context quote from London's mayor, Sadiq Khan.

"You have to be kidding me?!" A Metropolitan Police officer was one of those killed, as was the attacker.

In the wake of last fall's New York City pressure cooker bombings, London Mayor Sadiq Khan said he'd had a "sleepless night".

On Wednesday, two people died, a police officer was stabbed, and dozens of people were badly mangled after a man attacked the British Parliament.

The tweet earned strong criticisms in the United States and the United Kingdom, including from Wes Streeting, the MP for Ilford North and former president of the National Union of Students.

The article was originally posted in September 2016, and was a plea from the Mayor for Londoners to be vigilant to the dangers of living in a big city.

The Conservative-led British government, however, must agree to a legally binding referendum and May said "now is not the time". Mr Murray said: "The SNP must immediately withdraw the threat to impose an illegitimate and divisive referendum".

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Kieran Gibbs doubts to face West Brom
The Gunners are now fifth in the English Premier league with chances to qualify for next season's UEFA Champions league at stake. Arsenal are Sky Bet's 8/11 favourites for the victory, with West Brom up against odds of 18/5 while the draw is priced at 14/5.

"Is this helpful @DonaldJTrumpJr?".

"Headline is based on very first sentence, which if you'd bothered to read it could apply to any major city in the world", Jenkins added.

"We always have and we always will. Londoners will never be cowed by terrorism".

Since his father took office, Donald Jr and his younger brother Eric have taken over the family business, and in so doing have had to distance themselves from their father so as not to create a conflict of interest. The mayor's actual reaction Wednesday, unlike Trump's, was dignified and heartening: "We stand together in the face of those who would seek to. destroy our way of life", he said.

"I want to reassure all Londoners and all our visitors not to be alarmed. We always have and we always will", the mayor said.
